Dear All,
Please find the below scenario:
I have two teams team A & B. Team A is back office having their own mailboxes & voicemail huntgroup number is: 2222 from which users can access there messages.
But Team B is like a small call-center with outbound calling (but won't use agent-ID's) where it has 10 members including 1 teamlead. As we are in small scale business we want to use audix one-step recording (Modular messaging) as recording system (instead of Nice/witness/varient which are expensive).
Now the problem I am facing in team B is 9 members they do outbound calling & do they record thru one-step audix recording with same voicemail box (2222). These recordings are saved as voice messages on their individual voicemailbox & further they are moved to mailbox (email -- POP3 configuration done)
As you know when we define audix-rec key on phone there we have to mention voicemail hunt-group number(2222). Suppose if they get any internal call voicemessage that's too are getting on same voice mail box like Team A.
My concern: Is there any configuration so that whenever they (Team B) make outbound calls & which get record (Audix-rec) only those must save on some voice mailbox & they only must be moved to mailbox (email), not the internal voice messages too.
Conclusion: I want to store messages which are done with Audix one-step recording on different voice mailbox (so that only these recorded messages can be moved to email mailbox not the all the messages) on the same server.
So kindly revert back on this solution. Thanking in advance.
