AUDIX MESSAGING

Hello All,

An AUDIX subscriber on my system is experiencing difficulties making changes to it's mailbox features it complains of lack of storage. Likewise calls made to the same extension complains that the users mailbox is full.
Whereas from whenever the subcriber is connected it says no messages (old & new).
Does anyone have an idea what could have gone wrong and how to resolve this.

The subscriber is out of space within their mail box. Go into the Audix and "cha sub xxxx" and on page two change the message settings to a higher setting.

Sounds like the mail box is corupt. I suggest that you remove the mailbox and add it back in. The only drawback is the users will have to setup the box from scratch. Not the end of the world.

It's worth a shot.
