Could somone please help me

Got audix Intuity have no clue how to intergrate

Could somone tell me how to do this from scratch

One voice card in the VM system

I have 2 standard telephone CO lines with call waiting.

I want the VM system to awnser after 5 rings

Line 1 and 2 should have different boxes.

BUT when i leave there should be Auto Atendant for line 1 only line 2 always rings though to extensions.


There is no main console on the system

Line 1 rings to only 11 phones
Line 2 rings to ALL phones

Have about 30 extensions.

I have i belive all the cables

I have an analog 16 port card w/ ring gen


I use the console phone to program the system

Could somone please walk me thought the proccess of intergrating this with Merlin legned R 7

Also in key mode

Have only VA and SA and Craft access

Tried to change some analog settings said that i was not allowed to make those changes.

Well first thing. Your using a phone system and
like I always say, get rid of the call waiting and get some
role over lines. The 2nd calls that will come in on the call
waiting will never get answered by VM.

For what you need to do though is, to set up a route table for the trunks in the Intuity. Setting each trunk to a particular mail box. The mailboxes you create for them have to made as a auto attendant box, etc. etc.

This isn't as cut and dry as a merlin messaging my friend.
You have a lot to do.

First off, I think it sounds like you want to have a night button. That is not going to work without the console either. You should get someone to set up this phone system with the customer.

Here's an easy way for you if you don't know the inuity with
the magix that well also. Add a subsciber (VM Box) for the consoles ext. # in the Audix. On the 2nd page, set it as a auto attendant. Set the cover delay for the system to 5 rings for that ext. #.

I actualy figured it out i played around with it... sometimes when you have the time thats the best thing to do..... thanks for the help.

No problem. Time is always the best training.

After you press enter the audix gives you choices. And the "help" and "Choices" keys are great help.
