Audix Intuity

Currently have a Intuity Rack mounted Avaya server its not seeing the USB modem,.,, tried front and back usb ports and 2 types on modems.. so im thinking the BIOS is not enabled the usb ports.. so i go in and it asks for CURRENT password

tried craft , crftpw password root avaya also nmysbh
any ideas

We have had this issue using MULITECH modems marked as V2 on the front panel . use a non V2 modem..
