Audix Intuity problem cant transfer

Hi

I just re installed a merlin legend system. I re-numbered all extensions to 7000's then changed some to the 3000's. Now I have installed the intuity and set up an auto att on et 3108 and have etension 3114 programed in the VM system and as a sender in the system to group 30 ext 770. But when i call in and try to selectet an extension to transfer to it just goes to 3100 the attendat console.... Any ideas?

Do u have the x770 as the selection for a 'tranfer' or are u using under prompt 7 'e' to transfer to any extension starting with the number '7'?
cut and paste the auto attd in here and say which buttons u are hitting on the dial pad when u enter the auto attdt.

Hi 3 is E because only the 3's are used now i changed the used extensions to the 3000 range I do not even use seven 1 is transfer to ext 3001 2 is ext 3116 3 is e 4 is 3117 Thanks
 
In order to transfer, there must be a mailbox. Create a mailbox for each extension in question, and if it is to not have voice mail, give it no permissions, i.e., transfer only.

Can you hit *8 and transfer to the desired extension off the AA?

You Siad, "There are mailboxes there for the said extensions" But do you have a Mailbox for all Extensions on system or atleast tranfer only permissions for these??
 
One possibility may be with the members of the 770 group. Just as a potential point of failure, I'd pull one the ports and put a test set on it and make sure it can make calls, transfer via flash, etc.

Also check the system monitor and see if it gives any clues as to the actions the ports are performing.

Finally, and not to be snide, I would say it might be worth going through the performance tests in the install docs again. You might find a failure that causes this issue.
