I am using the internet messaging feature with Audix and we are getting pop3 server busy failures all day long. It runs the idle processes on audix to zero and Avaya says that it might possibly crash the audix. We have about 375 users and have used this feature since 1994. This issue started occuring about 4 months ago and has gotten worse.
