My audix vms is running version 4.4 and i want to program the Voice mail system so that i can send an email to usrs when there is a new voicemail on their stations.

i see that the feature is enabled, do i need any software/hardware to have this functionality

any documentation or guidance would be highly appreicated

also can anyone tell me where do we define the outcall no if i wanted to program outcalling for a voicemail box
