Have installing Intuity Audix v4 with DCIU integration.

Does the auto attendant greeting (“press 1 for sales, press 2 for acct, press 3 for personnel”) become active upon completing the Administration menu? IE: pressing “ENTER” or does it need to be turned on?

Button extension treatment comment
1. 4340 ca sales
2. 4345 ca acct
3. 4346 ca personnel

Another question – after setting up the “call routing table” (with business hours) does it automatically become activate or does it need to be turned on?

If these features need to be turned-on, how do you do that?
 
They don't have to be turned on, but they have to have a recording. Posting Intuity questions in the Definity forum for faster response
