Audix extension works internal, but not external

brand new system setup, both the Merlin Legend and Audix system. Our Audix extension works just fine at the office, but does not work from another office (4 digit dialing works) or when the DID for audix is dialed. Instead from external locations you are sent to auto attendant.

I know Audix system's fairly well however I don't know Legends that well. Does anyone know where I could look to fix this? I have remote access into both the systems from a remote location.

How do you have these systems tied together?

In change auto-attendant-routing check to make sure that the VM extention is set in there and "login" is in the first column where bus1 usually goes
