Have a definity R8 with an audix v3. I was wondering if there was any way to delete voicemail messages when a user is "checked out"? As this is a hotel I dont want new guests getting old guests voicemails.
those messages should be moved to a different location, by law the messages must be held for ( I think) 3 days after checkout. those messages should purge on their own after that time, You should have had training on how to retrieve those old messages when you were trained on the system.
i am installing a system to do this and have never done a hospitality/hotel system. I am looking for the initial setup on how to get the voicemail to do this
If U have a INtuity Mach 3, I don't believe it is Y2K compliant. Are U saying that U are using the Intuity lodging package, or maybe U are using a Audix Voice Power?
