Audix 4.4 Coverage Group

We currently have a department that has group coverage of their own outside line. Next week we will be moving some people around and one person will be moving out of that department. We thus need to move one extension out of this call group and then add one extension. We are running Intuity Audix 4.4 and have Merlin MLX phones. Can anyone point me into how to do this or some type of documentation that shows how to manage calling groups. We used to always have to pay people to do these things for us, but lately we've been managing some basic phone stuff and gotten it right and we are looking to do the same here.
