Audix 3.2 problems

I have an Audix 3.2 with a Definity switch. I am rebuiliding it due to a power outage and no backup. I am unable to get it to transfer out from the auto attendant. It says it's not a valid option. Can someone help me with this???

On page 2 of the system-parameters features form, what do you have for the "CALL TRANSFER OUT OF AUDIX Transfer Type"?
