Auditors need to see current groups and shares, is there a free, or a half decent app out there that I can view and eother print, or export the server's share, and group info? What I need is to show the auditors the shares, what users have rights to the shares, groups, what users are in the groups etc.

You can try Hyena for 30-days (

which will provide this type of reporting for you.
If you want something free, you can;
- Use SHOWACLS (resource kit tool) to dump the ACL for your drives/folders to a text file
- Use DUMPSEC (google it) to get the remaining info
