Good Morning,
Within Contact Centre Client when I try to use either the inspectors function or the Auditor Controls for event replay there appears to be no data, I have checked the SMDR settings on the 3300 and the real time is working, I'm just wondering if it is pulling the data from the SQL but am unsure how to A: check this is the case and B: fix it......so any help would be greatly appreciated.
