Is there a way to put a field into a form or table that automatically captures the login ID of the person entering the record.

Thanks again,

Bill

If using Win2K or later, in the control source of a form field:
Code:
=Environ("username")
HTH,

Ken S.

Will this enter the Windows username or the Access username?

Thanks,

Bill

Environ("UserName") : Windows username
CurrentUser : Access username

Hope This Helps, PH.
