Auditing in Exchange

Hello Guys,

One of our public folders just dissapered this morning. Is there any way I can find out who delete the public folder. If not, is there any way to start auditing in event viewer when a mailbox or a public folder is created or deleted. I would greatly appreciate any help that I can get in this matter.
