Auditing BCM

Is there a way to produce weekly/monthly reports from the BCM to show what calls an extension/DN made, basically a report of all activity for individual DNs?

How do I get to it? and can I have the system email it to an address?

The basic CDR is there, but you will need a 3rd party software to get it out aand to print it for you.

Where do I see this basic CDR? is it on a extension by extension basis? I'm trying to track calls incoming/outgoing per DN...

On another note, what are the recommended 3rd party products?
