Hi guys,

Currently I want to generate some kind of report to know what values have been changes in admin.index page. For example, I want to know when & from what value the server paramater for upload directory was changed.

Do you have any clue what auditid that I should use for the query? Or is there any other way to generate audit report for admin.index page?

Thanks,
baraqatax

I don't believe that Admin.Index changes are audited, as this is a global setting I would expect that only a small number of people would have access to these sections and they would all be using Change Control procedures which would capture this information, is there a reason that this approach is not working for you ?

Thanks, Greg. Actually I need this trail since in my company there are more than 1 administrator so that sometimes I need to check what values which have been changed by the other admins.

In which case I would suggest that you look at some processes and change control processes to ensure that these are managed and signed off as they should be for any production environment, do you currently have a process for this ?

Yes, we do have the process, however sometimes there are minor changes that are not captured. As of now, I believe it is very important to track down all changes. Thanks Greg!

having had another look at this on my current project, most - perhaps all, I've not checked - of the out of the box core Livelink functions audit with $AuditConfigurationChanged, but can't tell you if ALL modules, such as third parties, additional OT etc will do the same.
