Audit - rights change

I cannot seem to get the audit enable properly.
Can anyone advise on the procedure on how to audit? I am intersted in auditing the rights modification of files and volume.

Wow, you are asking a hard one. As far as I know, there is a method you can run in Netware but it has been so long that the best solution I could recommend is to use Bindview

and this program is not cheap, figure $2000 for the user license to run the app and $800 per license for each server.
