Hello all,

This morning a strange problem started on one of our NetWare 6.5 servers. It started displaying and sending a message that says "The DS audit File for <container> is full". We have never turned on auditing, don't even know how to! Can't seem to find anything on Novell's site about auditing and NetWare 6.5. Anyone know how to get rid of this? Thanks.

Frank

You probably installed your server with some default settings and one of them being the NSURE audit starter edition.

You could find the entry in your autoexec.ncf file and rem it out and reboot your server (or just unload the audit modules which I've seen abend the server).

Then you should probably find the log file and delete it if you aren't using it. (I can't remember the file name off top of head)
