Audit 0684 message ???

Hi,

We are getting these messages constantly across the monitor and can not determine what it is telling us. Any ideas???

AUD0684 00000002 0000000E 00000000 00000000 00000000 0 0 0 0

Always the same error number with the same set of hex codes.repeats over and over and over..,

Have you just upgraded to 5.5?

Well, it says "PRI Table Mismatch" - I have no idea what that really means, but the first thing I'd try is disabling and re-enabling the PRIs. Maybe someone else will have a better first step.

We are at 5.0, been there about a year now...

Well here's what I ran into. We upgraded to 5.5 and we started having the error. We had one carrier remote that I was having problems with. The memory was bad on the remote carrier interface card. I replaced that card and all my audit 684's stopped. Those errors were happening constantly. Not sure what the correlation is between the two but that's what our issue was.

We have disabled and re-enabled them. Anyone else have a thought??? Hopefully it will clear it during the midnites or ......

What did you disable? Carrier Remotes?

We disabled/enabled our PRI loops. We do not have Carrier Remote cards.

The AUD messages are still happening this morning. every 40 seconds. Call traffic is OK, just can not get rid of message... my next thought is INI ,,, waiting for a quiet time on switch,

We switched cores and also did an INI, but messages are still occuring.... ?????

Along with the AUD0684, we are also getting a SRPT 024 and 023 messages

(CPM started protected memory sync)
(CPM completed protected memory sync)

any ideas from anyone ??
