AudioCodes MP-118 Voip Gateway - Not Power On

Hi all,
Its not for nec but I have an issue with MP-118 Voip Gateway (4 x FXS, 4 X FXO) that attached to the nec.
My mp118 is not power on (no power light), but can hear a ticking noise from inside.
Any help of how to fix this if possible, would be really appreciated.

If the unit doesn't even power on, other than checking any fuses, there isn't much I can suggest as most diagnostics involve talking to the device when it is powered up.
