Anyone using a Mediant 3000 SBC from AC along with an Avaya S8800 on 5.2.1?
I know pretty specific but ya never know.
Anyway, we are having an issue where some of our agents are putting customers on hold from the SIP trunk and when they retrieve the call, there is no more voice path.
Combing through the logs doesn't really yield much at this point. Our client is sending calls to us through a private-line from SBC to SBC.
It's starting to do the same on conferences too now....
Any help would be appreciated.
