I'm with Interactive Intelligence connected to Audiocodes Mediant 1000B. Everything is working well except with my remote user using checkpoint vpn and sip softphone. I experience jitter and delay for them. Want I want to do for them is to isolate their ip range so I can adjust jitter buffer only for them.
So I would like to route everything in and out from ip range 169.xxx.0.0 using a different IP profile.
I created my IP profile and my IP group but don't know where I can set rules saying :
If Ip is 169.xxx.0.0, use IP Group ID 4. I thought it was into IP to IP Routing but doesn't seems to work.
If someone can gives me direction to accomplish that, I would appreciate.
