Audiocode MP-112 FXS on Mitel.

Hello everybody ,

Our VOIP network uses Mitel 3300 controllers, and some areas are using the analog media gateways made by AudioCodes,MP-112 FXS.

Some of these MPX units are getting the following error, and I can find it in the manual, but there is very little information:

2047 Major Board#1 Controller failure alarm BusyOut Line 0 Registration failure 3.3.2016 , 9:23:46

and 2 seconds after :

2048 cleared Board#1 Alarm cleared: Controller failure alarm BusyOut Line 0 Registration failure 3.3.2016 , 9:23:48



Registration Time -> 120


Re-registration Timing [%] ->50


Registration Retry Time -> 20


Registration Time Threshold -> 0


Re-register On INVITE Failure -> disable

The fax is behind the Audiocode is working, but have some issue.

Make sure the timers you listed match what's in the SIP Device Capabilites settings that are assigned to those devices. Also check the logs in the 3300 to see if there's any registration failures logged. I'm guessing there's a mismatch somewhere that's preventing the Audicodes units from re-registering at the appropriate intervals and your config info says the Audicodes unit won't try to re-register on a failure.
