I need to build an audio VU meter in C#. It needs to analyze all audio outputted. Good examples or info about the subject are however lacking. Can anyone give me a push in the right direction?
Im a friend of lauulauu and we have been working on this together. The link you provide does not do anything, it is just a visual as far as i can see. We have no problem drawing a vumeter, we just need a way to get the data from windows.
Currently we do this through drirectx but for some reason this generates a 2 second delay, wich obviously ruins the effect.
