We have one of these phone on our LAN, and when I call the phone, the user sounds distant , and the audio is low.
The phone is connected to a regular handset
Is there anyway to improve the quality of the audio, so that it is the same as our Avaya 2030 digital phones.
FYG, on IP manager the VoIP tab of the ext has silence suppression and allow Direct Media Path ticked, and compression mode G.729(a).
