Audio problems.....Mac...Premiere...VX1000

When I capture my audio and video from my Sony VX1000 to Premiere, everything seems to be fine, but when I go to export it back to Mini DV, the louder audio clips fade out and sometimes cut out completely for a second or so. Any comments would help.
