The licenses are installed for 'Phone Manager Pro IP Audio Enabled' but When trying to make or receive a call from 'Phone Manager Pro' the ringing occurs correctly but there is no audio.

What should I be looking for to fix this?

Any help appreciated, thanks.

I take it you have a VCM card installed in your IP Office? If so, what VCM card are you using? What compression are you using on the IP extensions?

You should update the firmware on your box to 3.0(59) if you can, and update Phone Manager to the new release, too.

Windows XP(SP2) PPTP Windows VPN Client and IP Office
Phone Manager Pro
An issue has been noted when using VPN clients on Windows XP SP2 PCs. When
directly connecting to a network without using VPN, both XP SP2 and XP SP1 work as
expected.
However, when connecting to the network via VPN using a PPTP Windows client on
Windows XP SP2 and 3.0(13) Phone Manager Pro, there is an issue with the quality of
the audio path in one direction. The Phone Manager user connected via VPN to the
customer’s network hears excellent voice quality. The other user hears an intermittently
distorted audio path.
This problem does not occur when using Windows XP SP1.
In order to resolve this issue, the quality of service (QoS) packet scheduler on the XP SP
2 PC must be uninstalled. Simply disabling the QoS packet scheduler does not resolve
this issue.

Thanks for the replies, the firmware is the latest version as is the version of phone manager. I will look into the other things highlighted and hopefully be able to sort this out. Thanks again.

Somewhere on the Phone Manager Options Tab is a check box for VoIP. The first time I set one up I had the same problem. Checking the VoIP option fixed it.
