Having a problem with our conference server. CM 4.0 We have some A/V equipment that dials out via an analog line off the PBX. Whenever that equipment is used to call into our conference bridge the caller is significantly lower volume than everyone else. I did notice hte ip-codec was set to use 'relay' for FAX and was 'off' ofr Modem. Normally we use pass-through on both.
Can anyone confirm or deny what effect these setting might have on a station type 2500? I'm not sure if a type 2500 is Modem or FAX for the purpose of the IP codec.
