3300 Mxe server connected to 3300 Mxe trunking gateway via IP. All phones on Mxe server. Just tested this - originator of conference call has no outbound audio once conference is established. Other parties can hear each other, I can hear other parties, parties cannot hear me. I can split the call to either party and they can hear me, but not once they are joined. Happens internally and externally. Checked all conference related COS and system options, no interconnect restrictions (just to be sure). Any ideas where to check next?

Don't quote me on this but...

In a non-conferenced call, the gateway used is determined by the setting in the phone. In a conference call the gateway might be the setting on the controller.

Verify all your gateways in other words.

I have tested a conference call using a MCD under similar circumstances and I have 2-way audio for all parties.

No speech is almost everytime a routing issue
kwbMitel could be spot on

Check wich gateway the phone uses and check the gateway settings in your MXEserver and MXe controller
Probably they are different
