Audio loss for 2 seconds when bridged call rings

I have a user that experiences a couple second loss of audio when a bridged line rings and she is already on a call.
The audible message waiting is set for no on her phone and the main line.
It typically happens when on her headset (Plantronics) but has also happened when she is using the handset

Have you performed a list trace station? Is the phone and MG firmware somewhat recent?

Do alist trace and share it with us. Maybe do it three or four times to see if the problems move between DSP sources. Also, does this ip-network-region do shuffling and direct media? All standard codecs? Remove the headset from the equation for these tests - no need to unplug it but just use the handset or speakerphone (on mute to eliminate AGC shenanigans).
