3300 Running MCD 4.2, MBG 7.0.7.0.
We have a 3300 connected to LAN port on a Fortigate firewall, and a MBG connected to DMZ port of that same firewall.
Firewall is configure to forward all necesary ports to MBG.
Teleworker sets work fine, the can talk to each other and also to the sets in the office.
Also.... we have a SIP Trunk that is port forwarded in the firewall (Not in MBG as we have no SIP Trunk licenses). Sets IN THE OFFICE can make/receive calls with no issues, audio is perfect both ways.
The problem...T/Worker sets get no audio when making/receiving calls through the SIP trunks. Call control seems to be working fine as sets are ringing when called.
I have create routes/policies in the firewall to allow traffic from/to DMZ, LAN and WAN.
Why isn't audio getting form the SIP Trunk to the T/workers? What path should be taken by audio when call is answered?
This seems to be an issue with routes or policies but I have no idea what I am missing...
should the audio go from SIP trunk to TW sets through WAN port on my firewall?
or should the audio go from SIP trunk to 3300, then to MBG and finally to TW set?
Where should I put my Ethereal to find out? DMZ, WAN ot LAN por?
Regards,
Daniel
