Audio issue with Iphone using One X

Hello gurus,

I'm having an issue with a couple users that I just installed One X Mobile. At this site there is a mix of Android and iOS devices. For most of the users I have no issues, One X fully connects, VoIP working great, able to receive voice messages, and able to create conference calls. However I have 2 remote users that can't seem to get any audio through the One X mobile app for their Iphones. Any known issues why One X isn't working with the remote users?

BlueMar, i need a support about one-x Mobile,
I install on the server 2003, i acess by browser, by android phones but don't register by iphone, my exchange and my server one-x portal working with 9.0 version, the iphone devices iphone 4 working ios 7, but not register.
I need to configure something different for iphone devices?

and another is possible?

how to configure one-X portal integrate with gtalk?
