Currently I am testing avaya communicator for a client to use through VPN connection.
I can make and receive calls with the communicator, both internal and external
I have noticed that the audio had worked atleast 2 times (Internal and external), where both parties can hear each other, but when you make or receive a call the audio is quiet and no one can hear each other.
I have enabled and disabled direct media, but with no success.
The communicator is registered.
The IT of the client has put all the ports open in the firewall and disabled SIP ALG.
Is there configuration that we missing on this?
