I installed Desktop Messaging on a user's PC this am. When I opened a message and selected to play on PC, no audio was heard. I have checked all the usual audio settings on the PC and his speakers work since we can play a CD on his PC. Nothing is muted. I have installed many and this is the first the audio has not worked. Any suggestions for me? Thanks.
