AUDIO FOR FLASH

I have to make a webpage as a technical manual with several pages on in, in fact I made a menu page with butons linked to all of the topics, now I'm triying to find out whats the most recomended because I have to add also audio with voice to any of this pages, my question is, "What audio rate and programming should I have to use for this???"

Once your audio is imported into Flash, you can experiment with different audio export settings. Then you can decide what is the best quality/file size trade-off.
