Does anyone know of a way to get the audio files burnt onto a cd. We haven't implemented the messages into our email client yet so im not sure how to get files from server.

Thanks

Not sure what you are trying to do. do you mean get the voice messages from the server? or the prompt files?

Sorry, what i mean is that someone has left a user a voicemail and we would like to be able to burn into on a cd but im not sure where the files reside. Hope this makes sense.

If you use Outlook, you can set up a IMAP connection to the MSS. From there, you can do whatever you want with the .wav file.

Thanks for the reply but we haven't implemented our email side of things yet. Is there no way of browsing on the server to retrieve the files?

You don't need to implement web server for this. If you are using MSS for the message store, you can use Outlook to access the MSS directly, as long as it has an IP address on your LAN.
