Hi All,

I know this has been covered before but none of the proposed solutions have worked.
This client has just had this start happening, a week ago it was all working fine.
Gamma SIP trunk, call comes in, hits Reception group of two phones, user answers but can hear nothing, after approx 15 seconds the audio kicks in and then all is well.
In SSA you can see the call being picked up but you cannot hear them, nor them you.
CODECs are all just the one G711 ALAW on all devices and trunks so it isnt CODEC negotiation.
The handsets are 9611 handsets.
Draytek Router, SIP ALG disabled, open ports to the IPO on a dedicated VLAN.

At a loss as to where to look next!

Any help, much appreciated.
 
Do you have a static or dynamic public IP?
What are the settings in the lan network topology? And are you using it in the SIP line or its set to none?
 
Hi, i fixed the problem.
Removing all STUN information from the LAN tab resolved the issue.
