I know the Audio Conferencing Unit that you get for the BCM/Norstar is a rebranded Polycom unit. My customer has a very large room and can't be heard very well when using the device. I see Polycom has the extending microphones that go off their SoundStation 2 EX's and other models, but I cannot tell if you can add the ext microphones to the Nortel Audio Conf Unit - for the life of me I can't figure out what the similar model is in the Polycom world. Anyone have an idea or experience on this one?
