Audio codes 310 HD

Hi all,

I have a Audio codes 310 HD SIP phone. I configured it with my PBX system and it is registered. I can receive incoming calls but i cannot dial numbers. I have doubt with Dial plan & Digit map configuration.

kindly help me to configure or Anybody have the configuration file? Kindly share with me.

Never used the phones, but lot of their config is the same across most devices.

So a a very basic:
try adding this to your Digit Mapping rules

xx.T

If there is a dial plan index leave as -1

then for more slightly more advanced, you may need something like this (this is for a UK setup using 9 for an outside line).

999|[1-9]xxx|9[1-9]xxxxxx|90[1-9]xxxxxxxxx|xx.T
