Audio CD and DVD Recoveries

Is anybody aware of software outthere I can use to recover Audio CD and DVD once the disks are scratched , damaged , or when they start skipping tracks. I have this golden oldie CD of mine that is giving me problems and I would really hate to lose the music.

i read that there is a coating that you can apply to re-new cd/dvds if the source layer is not scratched.
try to google for it.

I noticed that some of the good softwares do not recover Audio CDs, I will try Naltech then.
