Is it possible to give a audible warning tone for an inbound call which is exceeding a specific time limit?
For example if an agent is taking an inbound call and the call duration exceeds 2 minutes, the system will give an audible beep to the agent after every 2 minutes so as to remind him/her of wrapping the call fast.
