Is there a way for a queued call to make an audible sound on an agent phone? We have a button on all agent phones called 'q-calls grp: xxxx' This turns red only when someone is in queue.
If the issue is that they don't notice the light on the phone, you might consider changing pg 1 on the hunt group form - Calls Warning Threshold: 1, then enter an analog Port. Cross connect the port to a strobe light or ringer... I even once used an old analog phone placed under a desk with the volume turned down. It can be annoying, but useful under the right circumstances.
