Question: Is there any way to set up audible message alerting on aut-msg-wt keys? I'm finding that the stutter tone only seems to apply if the station's lamp would be lit, not if an aut-msg-wt key is activated. Is there any way to do that?

audible message alerting is for phones that do not have a message waiting light.
It could also be used for a user that is blind. The dial-tone changes to let you know when
you go off-hook that you have a message waiting.

A great teacher, does not provide answers, but methods to teach others "How and where to find the answers"

Fair enough. I have a situation where I've got regular users with voicemail boxes on 4600 stations and they use their own voicemail box.

They've also got a aut-msg-wt key for a group mailbox and there was an ask if they would be able to get stutter tone for not just the lamp state of the "MWI EXT" on page 1 of the station form, but also for aut-msg-wt keys.

I'm guessing because the feature was mostly designed for analog stations that can't have MWI for more than one extension, that the answer is no, but I thought I'd ask.

So, in a more semantic fashion, how can I alert a visually impaired user to messages for more than just one extension on the PBX? :p
