Aud422 Error

I am Receiving the following Error constantly on my system.
I have tried a new analog phone and moving the TN.

Any Suggestions

AUD0422 a b c d e f g h i A call with MAINPM = .REORDER was found not to be receiving nor waiting for overflow tone. Overflow tone will be given. Where:
a = CR Addr MAINPM/AUXPM
b = Originating Type
c = Originating TN
d = Terminating Type
e = Terminating TN
f = QUEUE IN
g = CR Dialed DN
h = Digit Words (0)
i = Queue Type

You should be able to convert the numbers in LD 32 using CONV ####

Where #### are the numbers, I cannot convert.
Also I have Outed the TN and still receive the Error message.

I believe, and I'm not 100% sure about this, that the two TN's in question are 016 0 04 08 and 024 0 05 04.

1854 should break down to 18 corresponding to Loop 24 Shelf 0, and 54 should mean Card 5 Unit 4.

1090 should breadk down to 10 corresponding to Loop 16 Shelf 0, and 90 should mean Card 4 Unit 8.

Anyone else with any ideas?

I would out the TN programming of both of these and rebuild them on different TNs (different cards, different loops if possible) and re-cross-connect them. Make sure that both of the phones are functioning properly. Other than that, I'm out of ideas.
