My option 11 keeps displaying an error over and over again.
The only thing that changes is the second set of numbers. Can someone tell me what this means?

AUD313 00001450 DIAL 00000000 000BF2A0 00000C0F 00000002

this has something to be with the display on the sets. I think is a minor error if that could help.

I think you may have a M3000 phone programmed on TN 20-0-4-4 if that is true try to reset the phone (disable and unplug the phone, then plug it back in and enable it) if that doesn't cause the errors to go away then try this: disable the phone and perform a program change on the set. You don't have to change anything if you don't want to but just prompting the system to take another look at the phone sometimes clears these things up. Last resort: out the phone and rebuild it.

We do not have any M3000 phones. Only analog(500),2008, 2616, and 2317.

I am seeing this error on a Meridian Opt 11 aswell ..... if chg'ing the TN is a waork around - How do you determine the TN from the error codes ???

I had the same problem some time ago, and it was a corruption in the switch. Probably you need to contact Nortel to clear this corruption.

Here's how to decifer the error-codes:
The interresting part of the codes are the first octet after AUD313, as in your first line it is:000020D1
Go to LD32 here is a conversion program that you can use to convert this to TN-format.
Just type CONV and the last 4 digits in the octet.
.CONV 20D1
This will show the TN like this:
=> 024 0 00 13
Try checking what TN's are in the error-codes, are they real TN's in your system?

Thank you all for you're suggestions. Especialially "geirendre". That is exacly how I solved the problem. There was a TN that thought it was in the proccess of being moved. I tried to "out" the TN but it would not out. The status was DSBL. I had to enable the TN and then out it.
