So... I'm getting these scrolling messages:
AUD313 00001548 DIAL 00000000 0031D121 00002089 00000002

I get the AUD0313 description:
AUD0313 Invalid screen state on M3000 TOUCHPHONE in dialtone queue. The valid state
is DIALTONE state or CONFERENCE/TRANSFER/DIALTONE state.
TERMINAL TN, QU_IN, TSET STATE, CRPTR, ORG TN, ORG TYPE, TERTN,TERTYPE.

But I'm having a heck of a time figuring out what, in this case, the TN's are.

If anybody can help me break this code - and figure out what exactly my ORG TN and TER TN are - star for you... :)

If that phone is indeed a 3000 ignore it, they did that all the time

I did a PRT, TYPE 3000, - and nothing came back.
These darn AUD alerts are filling up my TTY all day. Just wish I knew which TN was causing the issue.

go to LD 32 and type: CONV 1548

See what the TN is and type of phone, if it's a 2317 just enable it and it should go away.

LD 32
.conv 1548
.conv 2089

See if either one of these will give you a TN for a phone or a trunk to provide you some more clues to go on.
