We just started introducing the 1140 series phones 2 of them contiune to spit audits AUD093
AUD0093
which means
PTN associated with an IDLE VTN removed
Out of the 25 sets we have using these only 2 cause the audits . Has anyone seen this and know whats causing them.

No not at all, These are actually 2 Symposium Sets . Doesnt matter what line they are on if its the inbound ACD or their private line making an outgoing it generates the error

I think there is a patch for this. Had a customer get this one day, they have H.323 trunks, but after midnights it went away and hasn't returned.

I was sent the updated Delta Deplist for the site to upload and I think the patch is in there for the AUD093.

its to do with call forcing in the ACD queue

if you stat your DSP ports you might see a bunch of them locked up in use (Track them in LD 80) connected to 0.0.0.0

AUD093 causes call cut offs.

Patch 27093 is for Rls 5.50.

27093 AUD093 due to no IPMG check in LD 44 AUDIT.
note on patch says AUD093 can cause possible crosstalk or sudden one-way speech.
