Attributes of Input Type = "File"

It seems that somebody has walked aay with my HTML reference book. GRRRRRRR.

Can I use a value clause with Type = "File"? It doesn't seem to work.

I believe you can use accept=MIME type, name, and value attributes with <input type=file>
the value attribute here will specify the initial or default filename to be submitted.

No, it is not possible due to security risk. Microsoft claims with noting an active x script as unsafe, it may be possible.
